Notary Fees

The fees for notarial services are stipulated by law and are the same for every notary nationwide. Notaries are not permitted to charge lower or higher fees.

Notary fees are governed by the Court and Notary Fees Act (GNotKG) and depend on the value of the matter in question as well as the scope of the service.
